As an HR Specialist in the Adjutant General's Corps, you'll help keep the Army moving. From managing pay and personnel records to supporting postings, promotions and welfare, you'll make sure soldiers and officers have the support they need throughout their careers. Working with people across the Army, you'll solve problems, organise important information and make a real difference behind the scenes. If you're organised, enjoy helping others and want a role with responsibility from day one, this could be the perfect fit. Along the way, you'll develop valuable HR and administration skills that are recognised both in the Army and beyond. Apprenticeship : You'll earn a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship as part of your training, gaining nationally recognised qualifications and practical workplace skills that will support your future career.
