Talent Acquisition Coordinator Tailor Made Compounding Position Summary The Talent Coordinator supports the recruiting and hiring process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. This is an entry-to-support level role, ideal for someone looking to build a career in talent acquisition or human resources. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process (confirmations, reminders, status updates) Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Post and manage job openings on internal and external job boards Assist with pre-employment steps (background checks, drug screens, offer letter prep) Support new hire onboarding coordination Partner with hiring managers and the recruiting team to ensure a positive candidate experience Assist with internal job posting processes and communications Perform other administrative duties to support the Talent Acquisition and HR team Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) is a plus, but not required Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information Why join Tailor Made Compounding At TMC, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
