Provide nursing care to outpatients in an ambulatory care setting, ensuring effective treatment and patient comfort. Assist physicians and coordinate patient flow to optimize clinic operations. Responsibilities:
- Administer basic nursing care and assist during patient examinations.
- Collect patient histories and document relevant clinical information.
- Monitor vital signs and report abnormal findings to healthcare team.
- Educate patients on treatment plans and post-visit instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper sterilization of clinical tools and environment.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and safety protocols.
- Current valid LVN or LPN license in the state.
- Proven clinical experience in outpatient or ambulatory care.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to operate medical equipment and monitor patient vitals accurately.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- CPR and first aid certification required.
