Part-Time | Temporary | Swing Shift We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Armed Guards to join our team in San Francisco. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment by monitoring premises, enforcing security protocols, and responding to incidents professionally and efficiently. Position Overview We have part-time and temporary positions available for Swing Shift assignments. Ideal candidates must be vigilant, responsible, and capable of handling potentially volatile situations with professionalism. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Certification: Active Guard card License in the State of California Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check Exposed Weapon Permit Have non‑lethal weapons certifications (OC Spray, Taser, baton) Must be available for weekend shifts Prior experience in law enforcement or military service is a plus Key Skills Conflict management and de‑escalation techniques Knowledge of surveillance systems and loss prevention strategies Strong observational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication for interacting with staff, visitors, and emergency responders Ability to work independently and as part of a team in high‑pressure situations Responsibilities Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, taking appropriate action Conduct security inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment Enforce rules and regulations related to access control and loss prevention Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, observations, and actions taken Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required for investigations or emergencies If you are committed to safety and security and have the experience, professionalism, and dedication to protect people and property, we encourage you to apply!
