Contract Sales Representative
Location: Richmond, VA
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Contract Sales Representative to join our team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll services and experience with systems such as Paycor, ADP, Paychex, or Ceridian.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the payroll services sector.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and support for clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, specifically within the payroll services industry.
- Proficiency with payroll systems including Paycor, ADP, Paychex, or Ceridian.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
