Contract Sales Representative

Location: Richmond, VA

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Contract Sales Representative to join our team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll services and experience with systems such as Paycor, ADP, Paychex, or Ceridian.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the payroll services sector.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and support for clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, specifically within the payroll services industry.
• Proficiency with payroll systems including Paycor, ADP, Paychex, or Ceridian.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
