Mesmer Refrigeration & Equipment Solutions is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to help grow our equipment and service business throughout Western New York.

This opportunity is ideal for a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys working directly with customers, identifying opportunities, and helping businesses solve operational challenges. You'll represent a well-established company that provides commercial refrigeration equipment, service, installation, and repair solutions across a wide range of industries.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial customers throughout the region.
• Identify opportunities for equipment sales, service work, and facility improvements.
• Meet with business owners, facility managers, and operations personnel.
• Prepare proposals and follow up on opportunities.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers while developing new business relationships.
• Coordinate with our service and installation teams to deliver successful projects.

Qualifications:

• Previous outside sales or business development experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
• Professional, customer-focused approach.
• Experience in commercial services, equipment sales, construction, industrial, facilities management, HVAC, or related industries preferred.
• Commercial refrigeration experience is a plus, but not required.
