Role: Engagement / Delivery Lead - Technical Project Management & Agile

Location: Westlake, Texas/Durham, North Carolina(Hybrid)

Day to Day Job Duties:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects and engagements across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, resource plans, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate across application development, architecture, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for supplier coordination, delivery governance, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage staffing requirements, resource onboarding/offboarding, replacements, capacity planning, and staffing continuity.
• Track resource demand, availability, utilization, and potential delivery gaps.
• Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain prioritized backlogs and clearly defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Track team capacity, velocity, sprint commitments, burn-down/burn-up, and delivery predictability.
• Identify and remove impediments impacting Agile team productivity and delivery.
• Facilitate release planning and coordinate development, testing, deployment, and production readiness activities.
• Promote Agile/Scrum best practices and drive continuous improvement across delivery teams.
• Prepare and communicate project status, delivery metrics, dashboards, risks, and executive-level updates.
• Manage supplier performance against agreed deliverables, SLAs, timelines, and contractual commitments.
• Support commercial administration, including resource tracking, purchase orders, invoicing, forecasting, and financial reconciliation.
• Monitor engagement financials and ensure alignment with approved budgets and commercial agreements.
• Support SOWs, contract extensions, renewals, change requests, and other commercial activities.
• Facilitate governance meetings and ensure timely resolution of actions, risks, and escalations.

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Technology Project Management, Delivery Management, or Engagement Management.
• 5+ years of experience managing Agile/Scrum technology delivery, including sprint planning, capacity, velocity, backlog, and release management.
• 5+ years of experience in supplier/vendor management, staffing coordination, resource planning, and stakeholder management.
• 3+ years of experience with commercial management, project financials, forecasting, invoicing, SOWs, and contract administration.

• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, ServiceNow

Nice to Have:

• Experience managing multiple Agile teams and geographically distributed delivery teams.
• Good understanding of software architecture, APIs, Microservices, cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, and enterprise application delivery.
• Experience managing application modernization, cloud migration, or digital transformation programs.
• Experience managing multiple suppliers and implementation partners.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and release/change management processes.
• Experience with Agile metrics and executive-level delivery reporting.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PSM, or SAFe certification is preferred.
• Experience working in large enterprise or consulting environments.
