What You’ll Do

As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and growing commercial roofing relationships throughout your territory. You’ll work directly with business owners, property managers, facility managers, and commercial clients to provide roofing solutions that protect their investments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Generate and develop new commercial business opportunities
• Conduct on-site roof inspections and assessments
• Educate clients on roofing systems, repair options, maintenance programs, and replacement solutions
• Prepare detailed, transparent, and competitive proposals
• Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with internal estimating, production, and service teams to deliver an outstanding client experience
• Manage opportunities and customer communication through CRM tools

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience, preferably in commercial roofing, construction, or a related industry
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and close business consistently
• Comfortable conducting roof inspections and job site assessments
• Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to safely carry and use a ladder
• Ability to safely walk roofs for inspections
