Associate Director, Clinical Supply Chain

Role Associate Director, Clinical Supply Chain at Olema Oncology, responsible for planning, developing, and optimizing the global clinical supply chain to ensure uninterrupted drug supply for late-stage oncology trials. Responsibilities Managing inventories, shipping, third-party manufacturing, and logistics. Developing IRT systems. Overseeing packaging, labeling, distribution, and risk mitigation. Partnering with Clinical Operations to align supply with study demands. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred. 8+ years in biotech/pharma clinical supply chain management, with expertise in GMP, inventory control, global shipping, and late-phase trials, particularly in oncology with small molecules. Attributes Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, project management proficiency, entrepreneurial mindset, and high ethical standards. High-Value Oncology Late-stage clinical development Global logistics IRT development GMP compliance Experience with large, late-stage studies Location San Francisco or Cambridge, with approximately 15% travel. #J-18808-Ljbffr Scorpion Therapeutics
