Senior Customer Success Professional Opportunity at UPS

Charlotte, NC (local candidates preferred)

At UPS, we don’t just deliver packages—we deliver solutions, build long-term partnerships, and empower experienced professionals to make a real impact. We’re currently seeking senior-level Customer Success professionals to help drive growth and deepen strategic customer relationships in the Charlotte, NC market.

In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to your customers, owning complex accounts, driving new business acquisition, and delivering tailored logistics solutions that fuel customer success. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned sales professional who thrives on strategy, accountability, and winning in a competitive environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven success in B2B sales and customer relationship management , with a strong record of new business development

Experience managing complex accounts and building long-term, consultative partnerships

Advanced prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills

Ability to identify customer challenges and deliver customized, value-driven solutions

Strong business acumen with a results-oriented, self-directed mindset

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Bachelor’s degree required (MBA or equivalent experience a plus)
