Visual Computer Solutions (VCS) is looking for a Development Manager to lead and grow our development team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with 5–7 years of software development experience who enjoys coaching engineers, driving delivery, and collaborating closely with Product and QA in an on-site environment. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of software engineers Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery Partner with Product and QA to prioritize work and meet business goals Ensure code quality, best practices, and engineering standards Support performance management, career development, and hiring Qualifications 5–7 years of software development experience Prior people management or team leadership experience Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies Excellent communication and collaboration skills #J-18808-Ljbffr VCS HR
