In-House Counsel — Legal AI Job Type: Contractor Location: Remote Job Summary We are seeking experienced In-House Counsels with strong technology transactions expertise to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, perform redlining and negotiation exercises, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis. Key Responsibilities Perform contract drafting, review, redlining, and simulated negotiations. Evaluate AI responses to contract-related scenarios. Develop objective evaluation criteria for AI performance. Provide expert feedback to improve AI outputs. Collaborate with product and research teams on legal AI workflows. Required Skills Contract Redlining Contract Drafting Contract Negotiation ISDAs MSAs NDAs Derivatives Qualifications 3+ years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions. Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills. Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems. Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr Yo Ai Labs
