Senior People Operations Partner

To support a growing organization, the full-time Senior People Operations Partner will manage core people operations including onboarding, benefits administration, and performance cycles, while working remotely from Canada. Key responsibilities Owning core people operations such as onboarding, offboarding, and compliance Partnering with managers to advise on team performance and employee relations Leading or supporting performance reviews, total rewards, and policy updates Required qualifications 8+ years in a People Ops, HRBP, or similar role Experience managing onboarding, benefits, and compliance workflows Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Experience interpreting and applying employment law and standards Clear written and verbal communication skills
