You will work directly with our clients, insurance carriers, and internal team to help solve service issues, answer coverage questions, process policy changes, assist with billing, and make sure clients receive a high level of service. Over time, our goal is for you to develop a strong understanding of the insurance business and become someone our team and clients can rely on. What We Offer Hands-on training in the insurance industry Direct experience working with experienced insurance professionals Development in customer service, communication, problem-solving, and insurance knowledge Opportunity for increased responsibility as you prove yourself Stable, professional office environment Exposure to personal and commercial insurance A local team where your work has a visible impact What We Expect From You Responsibilities Answer incoming client calls professionally and confidently Assist clients with billing, payments, policy changes, claims questions, and general service needs Communicate with insurance carriers on behalf of clients Process policy changes and documentation accurately Review client accounts and identify information that needs attention Maintain accurate notes and records in our agency management system Respond to client emails and service requests in a timely manner Work with producers and other team members to resolve client issues Learn insurance coverages, carrier systems, and agency processes Follow through on tasks until they are completed Treat every client interaction as a reflection of the Chaney & Karch name What Success Looks Like You are successful in this position when: Clients feel taken care of Problems get solved instead of passed around Tasks are completed accurately and on time Communication is clear and professional Producers can trust you to handle service responsibilities You become increasingly knowledgeable and independent The agency operates more efficiently because you are part of the team Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple responsibilities throughout the day Comfortable learning new software and processes Professional and dependable Strong problem-solving skills Coachable and willing to receive feedback Able to work independently while also being a strong team member Insurance experience or an active Property & Casualty license is a plus, but not necessarily required for the right person.
