Medical Malpractice Defense Paralegal Needed in Miami, FL with litigation experience Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year Immediate opportunity for a Litigation Paralegal in our Miami office. Qualified candidates must possess at least 5 years litigation experience, including actual experience in trial preparation and support, and must be able to travel within Florida for trial attendance as needed. The paralegal will work directly with attorneys to assist in the litigation process. Medical Malpractice group represents leading healthcare systems, hospitals, and physicians in complex defense litigation across Florida. The firm provides a high-volume, trial-focused environment with structured mentorship and clear growth pathways.
