RESPONSIBILITIES

Packing of can products in a timely and safe manner, maintaining highest quality standard Communicate with Can Packaging Operator or Can Packaging Lead on any quality or safety concerns Assist Can Packaging Operator in controlling code dates, expiration dates, labels, stickers and any item unique to product specifications Assist Can Packaging Operator in controlling product quality, contamination, weight control and line efficiency Completes general cleaning of production areas during change overs Perform all sanitation duties needed at the line Pushing and pulling of baskets up to 800 pounds All other duties as assigned

SAFETY

Attend safety trainings Follow all safety instructions and policies Report any injuries or near miss accidents to supervisor Report any unsafe acts or conditions to supervisor Wear required PPE that is determined by site

ENVIRONMENTAL

Keep work area clean and free of debris

FOOD SAFETY

Assist in maintaining all sanitation schedules Attend food safety trainings Follow all GMPs and food safety instructions

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Self-motivation Learning, memorizing and executing a sequence of procedures Basic computer skills Able to push and pull baskets (400 - 800)
