Onboarding Specialist

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Onboarding Specialist in Saint Louis, MO. Overview: We are seeking a customer-focused Onboarding Specialist to take ownership of the onboarding experience for new customers while also helping ensure existing customer documentation and information remain accurate and consistent. This is a newly created position due to continued customer growth and increased onboarding volume. The ideal candidate will come from an MSP environment and be a well-rounded, "jack-of-all-trades" professional who is comfortable working directly with customers, gathering information, documenting environments, and representing the company professionally in customer meetings. Key Responsibilities:

• Own and coordinate onboarding activities for new customers
• Meet directly with customers to gather technical and business information needed for a successful transition
• Document customer environments, processes, systems, and other relevant information
• Review existing customer documentation to ensure information is complete, accurate, and consistent across the organization
• Ask effective discovery questions and identify missing or unclear information
• Work closely with technical, sales, and customer success teams throughout the onboarding process
• Attend customer meetings and travel to customer locations as needed
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience throughout onboarding
• Approximately 5 years of industry experience preferred
• MSP experience is required
• Strong customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent documentation and organizational abilities
• Comfortable interacting directly with customers and leading conversations
• Broad technical knowledge with a "jack-of-all-trades" mindset rather than a desire to specialize in one technical area
• Professional presence and ability to represent the company well in person
• Ability to work onsite in Saint Louis five days per week
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed
