Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments with couples and families, followed by creating tailored treatment plans.
\n
• Facilitating joint therapy sessions with couples while also providing individual sessions as needed.
\n
• Addressing a wide range of family dynamics, including but not limited to issues surrounding alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, blended family structures, and communication barriers.
\n
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, utilizing our latest digital technology tools to enhance client engagement.
\n
• Regularly monitoring and adjusting treatment plans in response to client progress and feedback.
\n
• Engaging in continued professional development and peer consultations to ensure a high standard of clinical excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will encompass a diverse client population, including adults and children/adolescents. You will handle a variety of mental health issues, with a special focus on family dynamics, relationship challenges, and transitional adjustments such as separation and divorce. As a key member of our team, your role will enhance the overall quality of life for our clients, enabling them to navigate and resolve their complex familial issues.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n

While newly licensed candidates are welcomed, preference will be given to those with:

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Melody Mend Family Therapy, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to lucrative earnings, our benefits package includes:
