Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Melody Mend Family Therapy, you will play a crucial role in our clinical team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and treatment for couples, as well as individual sessions for each partner, ensuring all aspects of family dynamics are addressed.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that consider the unique needs of each family member.

• Providing therapy for a spectrum of issues, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol abuse

• Physical and psychological abuse

• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts and sibling tensions

• Job-related stress and medical issues
\n
• Challenges in blended families and remarriage

• Adjustment to separation and divorce

• Improving communication between family members
\n
\n
• Regularly evaluating and updating treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse client population, including adults and children/adolescents. You will cater to families navigating complex relational dynamics, individuals dealing with trauma or abuse, and those transitioning through major life changes such as divorce or remarriage.
