Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive individual, couples, and family therapy services tailored to the unique needs of outpatient clients.

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify clients’ relational and mental health needs, developing customized treatment plans that establish achievable goals.

• Apply family systems theory and various systemic interventions to mend relationship dynamics, improve communication, and address family-related stressors.

• Offer immediate support and crisis intervention when necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and their families.

• Maintain precise, confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

• Empower clients by educating them on effective communication techniques, conflict resolution, and skills to enhance emotional resilience.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide integrated client care.

• Commit to continuous professional development by staying informed about current research and best practices in marriage and family therapy through ongoing training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Westside Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• At least three years of direct experience in marriage and family therapy or a related area.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities that facilitate effective therapeutic relationships.
\n
• Dedication to maintaining ethical and confidential therapeutic practices at all times.

• A collaborative mindset that allows for seamless work within a clinical team while also possessing the capacity for independent practice.

• Willingness to adapt to flexible scheduling to meet client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing outpatient therapy services and expertise in working with a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Previous work in a community health setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a generous sign-on bonus for successful candidates.
