Consumer Marketing Manager

LHH is partnering with a global tobacco company on search for a Consumer Programs Lead Manager candidate for their Raleigh, NC location. In this job, you will be responsible for the large national programs where you will lead the consumer's journey and identify job priorities. They are looking for someone who has an FMCG marketing pedigree and people leadership experience. Here are more details about this job: RESPONSIBILITIES Build and own the USA Reduced Risk Products Consumer Activation Strategy. Lead the end-to-end consumer journey and define funnel jobs-to-be-done. Drive omnichannel activation programs, partnerships, experiential marketing, and events. Develop retail visibility and merchandising activation strategies. QUALITFICATIONS 6-8+ years of marketing, consumer activation, trade marketing, or brand marketing experience. FMCG experience required, preferably tobacco, beverage, or food industries. Proven people leadership experience. Experience building consumer engagement, activation, or experiential programs. Strong strategic thinking and project management capabilities.
