About the Job: A Brand Manager - Innovation (BMI) at HFB shapes the innovation pipeline, leads cross-functional project teams, supports research initiatives, analyzes data, builds business cases, and works closely with brand and commercial partners to execute innovation. A BMI is an experienced brand marketing or innovation professional with responsibility for 3-5 projects/year. Responsibilities Lead execution of innovation, PPA, line-extension, network optimization, and COG optimization initiatives Lead execution of packaging and integrated marketing efforts. Develop business cases and stage gate documents for presentation at governance. Build demand and supply plans for assigned innovation in partnership with brand and commercial partners. Strongly engaged in research initiatives Help optimize Stage Gate processes and WOW Develop sales presentation materials in partnership with commercial, brand, and category management. Demonstrate corporate values and supports culture optimization initiatives. The base compensation range for this position is $115,000 - $140,000 commensurate with experience About You: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 4+ years marketing, brand, R&D, insights and analytics, or innovation experience Prior CPG/food & beverage experience on consumer facing brands Strong ability to launch and scale innovation platforms Strong comfort with consumer and/or category research techniques/concept validation Strong experience managing projects through a stage-gate process Ability to build P&Ls/business cases Ability to build sales presentation materials and influence category buying decisions Strong team contributor; developing leadership skills Growth mindset, coachability Preferred: MBA or equivalent experience Prior experience working within board/PE-led companies Prior experience building mission-centric brands and/or natural products #J-18808-Ljbffr
