HR Analyst, People Consulting, Systems - HR Transformation (Manager) Location: Houston, TX. Job Number: 1716632. Responsibilities Design and implement HR operating models and organizational structures. Improve HR process efficiency and advise organizations on people-related challenges, focusing on change management. Drive large‑scale change strategies, organizational design and HR organization transformation. Support engagement activities from planning through to implementation, including identifying and managing potential issues and risks during client assignments. Prepare proposals and deliver presentations for potential clients. Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, consistently delivering quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long‑term client relationships and networks while cultivating business development opportunities. Qualifications Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Statistics, Economics, Management Information Systems or related field and 5 years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate related work experience. Alternative: Master’s degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant work experience. At least 4 years of experience with large‑scale HR projects (consulting firm and/or in‑house HR manager). At least 3 years of experience with at least two of the following: change management, organizational design, HR operating and delivery models, or HR process efficiency. At least 1 year of experience contributing to client pursuits by preparing proposals, including presentations. At least 1 year of experience managing a team of junior consulting professionals. Willingness to travel up to 50%, including up to 10% international. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $131,235 per year. Medical and dental coverage. Pension and 401(k) plans.
