This role will execute sales strategy, build and coach a high-performing team, develop key customer relationships, and partner with operations to drive profitable growth and an exceptional client experience. This position requires relocation to Dallas, TX. Candidates located outside the Dallas-Fort Worth area are encouraged to apply if they are willing to relocate. Relocation assistance will be provided.Responsibilities & Duties:Develop and execute regional sales strategies that support company growth objectives and annual sales plansMaintain direct accountability for revenue growth, gross profit performance, forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, and attainment of regional sales goalsAnalyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer demand to identify opportunities and risks that inform regional sales strategies and annual growth plansRecruit, onboard, coach, develop, and retain high-performing sales professionals while establishing clear goals, KPIs, activity expectations, and accountability measuresConduct regular pipeline reviews, forecast meetings, performance discussions, and sales coaching sessionsDevelop, maintain, and grow a personal portfolio of strategic accounts while supporting the team's business development effortsBuild executive-level relationships with ownership groups, asset managers, property management companies, and strategic partners while supporting major account pursuits, negotiations, and retention effortsIdentify opportunities to expand customer relationships through cross-selling and upselling additional Renova One servicesQualify opportunities and maintain bid discipline by evaluating project fit, strategic value, profitability, resource requirements, and likelihood of successDrive CRM compliance, sales reporting accuracy, and forecast reliabilityLead the transition from sales to operations, clearly communicating scope, pricing, timelines, deliverables, and customer expectations while partnering with operations to support execution, satisfaction, and profitabilityDrive growth across Renova One service offerings, including flooring, turnkey renovations, CapEx projects, restoration, and interior and exterior renovationsQualifications:At least 8–10 years of experience within the multifamily housing industry3–5 years of experience leading, coaching, and developing successful sales teamsDemonstrated success achieving revenue growth, gross profit targets, and sales performance objectivesProven ability to lead sales teams while developing and managing strategic customer relationshipsExperience developing sales forecasts, managing pipelines, and utilizing KPIs to drive performanceStrong understanding of the relationship between sales, operations, profitability, and customer satisfactionDirect, confident leader with excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, coaching, planning, and execution skillsOther:All offers of employment are contingent upon a background checkValid Driver's License is requiredYour information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelinesSalary Description Starting at $175K base
