Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of their mood and relational challenges.

• Collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and monitor their effectiveness regularly.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders and treatment options, empowering them with knowledge and self-care skills.

• Maintain meticulous progress notes and treatment records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

• Advocate for the needs of your clients by promoting mental health awareness and fighting stigma associated with mental health issues.

• Stay current with research and developments in the field of mental health treatment to continuously refine and improve therapeutic strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals and families facing relational difficulties, including but not limited to marital discord, divorce, parenting challenges, and emotional disorders. We work with a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, and families from various cultural backgrounds, ensuring that all voices are heard and respected throughout the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
