Sr. Site Management Associate

Senior Site Management Associate supporting clinical trial execution at a contract research organization. Primary responsibilities include serving as point of contact for site administration, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support enrollment and maintenance phases through Database Lock.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for site administration and logistical support during enrollment, maintenance, and Database Lock phases
- Troubleshoot technical and administrative issues with principal investigators and study coordinators
- Monitor documentation and system information to maintain compliance and quality standards
- Support Trial Master File maintenance and ensure regulatory documentation aligns with GCP and internal SOPs
- Collaborate with monitors and cross-functional teams to identify operational risks and implement process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with minimum two years clinical research experience
- Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices
- Systems experience with Veeva and Trial Master File platforms
- Understanding of clinical development paradigm and processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical and administrative issues
