Lab Technician

- Location: River Falls, WI
- Duration: 12 Months
- Assist in the preparation of test product batches at lab scale.
- Conduct stability and performance testing using standard chemistry lab equipment.
- Follow generally prescribed procedures and use proper laboratory techniques.
- Maintain equipment and keep records of tests associated with batches or units.
- Perform general laboratory cleaning duties, including washing equipment.
- Chemistry degree or equivalent.
- Minimum experience in a chemical laboratory environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience operating in a chemistry laboratory.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and a methodical approach to work assignments.
- Good math skills.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and group situations.
- Ability to understand, record, and verbalize detailed information accurately.
- Knowledge and compliance with all safety guidelines.
- Experience working with emulsions is a bonus.
