The position supports executive leadership through data analysis, performance reporting, budgeting support, policy research, project coordination, and strategic planning initiatives. The Management Analyst serves as a key resource in evaluating operational performance, developing management reports, coordinating special projects, and supporting informed decision-making that advances the University's facilities, real estate, and capital improvement objectives. This summary reflects the analytical, planning, and executive support functions described in the source position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Strategic Analysis and Reporting Analyzes operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends, evaluate outcomes, and provide recommendations to OFREM leadership. Develops executive dashboards, reports, performance metrics, and presentations that support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement efforts. Interprets complex information and communicates findings to leadership in a clear and actionable manner. Based on responsibilities involving interpretation of data, statistical analysis, and advising management.
2. Project Planning and Coordination Plans, develops, and coordinates special projects, initiatives, and departmental assignments. Establishes project schedules, tracks milestones, monitors deliverables, and coordinates activities among internal and external stakeholders. Conducts follow-up activities to ensure timely completion of project objectives and compliance with established requirements.
3. Research, Policy Development, and Continuous Improvement Conducts research on industry best practices, regulatory requirements, policy issues, benchmarking data, and operational trends affecting facilities, real estate, and campus operations. Develops recommendations and supports the creation of policies, procedures, and process improvements that enhance organizational effectiveness and accountability.
4. Executive and Organizational Support Attends executive and operational meetings, prepares meeting summaries, tracks action items, and supports communication among departments and stakeholders. Represents OFREM leadership during cross-functional meetings and assists in facilitating collaboration across the University. Provides confidential administrative and analytical support on sensitive organizational matters.

1. Data Management and Systems Administration Designs, maintains, and manages databases, tracking systems, and reporting tools used to monitor departmental performance and operational activities. Oversees collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of complex and confidential information to support compliance, planning, and resource allocation activities.
2. Other duties as assigned Performs other related duties and special assignments in support of OFREM objectives and University priorities.

Minimum Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field or eight (8) years of progressively responsible management support, operational analysis, or business administration experience may be considered. Minimum eight (8) years of experience analyzing and interpreting operational, financial, or statistical data and presenting findings to leadership. Demonstrated ability to develop reports, conduct research, evaluate programs, and provide recommendations based on analytical findings. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, data analysis tools, and database management systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
