The Clinic Supervisor for the Urogynecology Clinic is responsible for overseeing assigned clinical staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care through effective team leadership and operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee the orientation, training, coaching, and professional development of clinical and administrative staff to ensure competency and adherence to departmental standards.
- Conduct and participate in comprehensive performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for staff advancement and skill enhancement.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and committees to address clinical and operational issues, evaluate new service implementations, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and enforce staff compliance with all departmental policies, organizational procedures, and established clinical protocols to maintain regulatory standards and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Education/Experience required:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 year of experience in a medical office required
- MA experience preferred
- Joint commission experience preferred
