We are now recruiting for a reliable and diligent Front Office Assistant Manager to join our team to provide our vacation owners and guests with outstanding service and leadership for our front desk team. As a Front Office Assistant Manager , you'll support the Front Office Manager in the daily execution of front desk operations by leading the Guest Services team with a focus on customer satisfaction, communication, team training, and operational profitability. Acts as a liaison with guests, owners, other departments, and partners to ensure smooth service and efficient communication. Core Functions & Key Responsibilities Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountable Training & Development Guest Experience & Service Quality Operational Oversight Communication & Coordination And perform other duties as assigned. What We Expect From You: Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite; PMS preferred) 2+ years in a hotel front desk or hospitality supervisory role Excellent verbal and written communication Strong interpersonal and independent decision-making skills
