We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for a contract to permanent opportunity in Charleston, SC. This position ideal for someone who communicates with confidence, stays organized in a fast-paced setting, and delivers a high level of support over the phone. The person in this role will handle incoming customer inquiries, coordinate service-related communication, and help create a positive experience for every caller.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls promptly and assist customers with questions, concerns, and service needs in a courteous manner.

• Coordinate scheduling and dispatch communication to support field service operations and keep appointments running smoothly.

• Provide accurate information to customers while maintaining a calm, detail-oriented presence during every interaction.

• Manage a multi-line phone system efficiently and route calls to the appropriate team members without delay.

• Document customer conversations, service requests, and follow-up details clearly within company systems.

• Support customers with service inquiries by gathering details and directing requests appropriately.

• Help maintain daily workflow by prioritizing calls, tracking open items, and ensuring timely communication.

• Ability to answer high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and strong phone etiquette.

• Comfortable working with a multi-line switchboard or comparable phone system.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Experience coordinating dispatch activity or supporting service scheduling is preferred.

• Familiarity with service environments is helpful but not required.

• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn service-related software quickly.
