Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a night shift acute care assignment requiring 3+ years of experience and ARRT (R) certification.

Details

• Work in the imaging/radiology department within a CT Tech unit in an acute care setting
• Night shift hours from 1500-2330 or 1600-2430, with some overnight shifts depending on staffing needs
• Every other weekend (EOW) required
• On-call rotation during off-shift hours Monday through Friday and on weekends
• 8-hour shifts totaling 40 hours per week
• Uses Cerner EMR system
• First to float among staff based on facility needs

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CT Technologist required
• BSN required for this position
• ARRT (R) certification required
• BLS certification required
• CRT certification required
• Fluoroscopy certification required
• License required if applicable
• Acute care setting experience required
• Copy of driver's license required for consideration

Additional Information

• Perform CT imaging procedures as part of the radiology/imaging team
• All required orientation modules must be completed prior to arrival on assignment
• 12 hours of orientation provided
• Two professional references required: one supervisor reference from within the last 12 months worked and one peer or supervisor reference from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
