HR Officer

Every team member is an invaluable part of our Pro team. As an HR Officer, you will join our HR team and support employees throughout their journey with the company. You will assist the HR team with a broad range of HR activities, including onboarding, employee relations and day-to-day HR operations. This role requires a proactive, people-focused professional who can build strong relationships and handle sensitive matters with discretion. Responsibilities Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, inductions and exit interviews Prepare and maintain employment contracts, letters, reports, and other HR documentation Maintain accurate employee records and keep HR systems up to date Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions Handle day-to-day HR administration, including filing, record-keeping and data entry Monitor employee absence, annual leave and other HR-related data Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal HR activities Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Work closely with payroll, recruitment, and other internal teams Support learning and development activities when required Prepare HR reports and provide relevant data to management Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and HR best practices Handle employee information with a high level of confidentiality Participate in HR projects and carry out other related duties as required Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field At least 2 years of experience in an HR administration or HR support role Good knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices Experience with onboarding and employee relations Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional, approachable and solutions-oriented attitude Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly Fluent English, both written and spoken Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience working with an HRIS will be considered an advantage Interview steps Recruiter screen (~30 minutes) Technical Interview (~1 hour) Final Interview with Head of HR (~1 hour) Our benefits Competitive compensation package Medical insurance 20 days off and 10 sick leaves annually Seasoned senior-level team with ample opportunities for professional growth in an international setting #J-18808-Ljbffr BankPro
