A&M is a global consulting firm with over 10,000 professionals across 40+ countries, specializing in hands-on, results-driven advisory.The Director will lead teams overseeing a diverse range of projects involving turnaround management, restructuring, performance improvement, and corporate advisory services. The role encompasses advising clients on every aspect of the restructuring process — from strategy development and cash conservation/liquidity management to business plan development and implementation — providing broad exposure across industries and deal situations.Key responsibilities include:- Leading teams across all phases of financial and operational restructuring and turnaround initiatives for companies both in and out of bankruptcy or fiscal distress- Overseeing stabilization of core operations by formulating and managing turnaround plans- Negotiating with senior management and other key stakeholders on restructuring strategy- Developing an in-depth understanding of clients' processes, financial position, and key operational performance drivers- Creating and implementing successful restructuring and turnaround initiatives that generate lasting valueAlvarez & Marsal's Restructuring practice advises companies across the full spectrum from operational underperformance to formal insolvency, working closely with PE sponsors, lenders, and management teams. Professionals benefit from a highly entrepreneurial culture, independent thinking, and direct client impact across complex situations.Ideal candidates will have substantial restructuring or turnaround advisory experience, strong financial modeling and analytical skills, and a track record of leading engagements at Director level or above in a professional services environment.Apply for this Position
