Vendor Relations Coordinator (Partial Work From Home)

We are currently seeking a Vendor Relations Coordinator to join our growing Vendor Relations team.

What you will be doing:

• Manage Facilities Exchange and outlook on a daily basis.
• Will review insurance documents in Facilities Exchange to ensure the date issued, expiration date, dollar amount, additional insurance for general liability, start date and 23rd Group as the certificate holder are correct. If all items are accurate you will create insurance line and upload the document.
• If the document is incorrect, the insurance line will be created, and you will contact the vendor to get all items updated/fixed.
• Point of contact should the insurance agent or vendor have any inquiries.
• Handle request sent to the VR Distro. Will ensure all vendors are in compliant to service the request.
• ·Contact vendors who are not in compliant and inquiring about payment.
• Manage the VR inbox for any new applications completed by vendors through the Company website and/or vendor documents that need to be uploaded to their profile.
• Handle any miscellaneous task given by the Vendor Relations Manager.

Your background, skills, and qualifications:

• Comfortable with processing a large volume of communication (phone calls, emails) and inputting that data into a management system.
• Thrives in a customer-service oriented environment.
• High level of business acumen - professional business writing and communication skills, flexible and adaptable to change.
• Well-developed time management and organizational skills. Excels at coordination and communication, creative problem solving, time management, organization.
• Excellent PC skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, required.
