About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to join its National Security Sales team. The successful candidate will be a senior individual contributor with a focus on driving enterprise sales within the national security, defense, intelligence, and government-adjacent markets. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining trusted relationships with senior government and defense customer stakeholders, managing complex procurement and program sales cycles, and exceeding bookings targets. The Executive Director will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and developing a robust sales pipeline, as well as closing business to meet and exceed quotas. Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years' of enterprise software or technology sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the national security and defense sectors. The ideal candidate will have an active security clearance or the ability to obtain one, and deep knowledge of government procurement processes, contracting vehicles, and compliance requirements. Executive-level relationship management skills, the ability to sell complex analytics software, and excellent communication skills are essential. The role also requires the ability to work closely with technical teams to develop tailored solution presentations and to forecast accurately using MEDDPICC methodology.
