Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Fertilizer Product Manager role based in Sepahanshahr, Isfahan. The Fertilizer Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle of fertilizer products, including market analysis, product planning, pricing, and positioning. Daily tasks include researching market and competitor trends, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and defining product requirements based on grower and distributor needs. The role involves collaborating with sales and marketing to develop product launch plans, technical materials, and promotional campaigns. The Product Manager will monitor product performance, optimize inventory and forecasting, provide product training to commercial teams, and regularly visit customers and field sites to gather feedback and identify new opportunities. Qualifications Strong product management capabilities, including market analysis, product planning, pricing, and lifecycle management. Solid understanding of fertilizers, crop nutrition, and agricultural practices; experience with crop protection products is an advantage. Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop go‑to‑market plans, product messaging, and promotional materials. Ability to analyze sales data, customer feedback, and competitive information to inform product decisions and strategy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation, training, and stakeholder presentations. Proven ability to work on‑site with cross‑functional teams and build strong relationships with growers, distributors, and suppliers. Prior experience in the fertilizer, agrochemical, or broader agribusiness sector is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
