Momper Insulation is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Rep, you will be responsible for promoting and selling high-quality products, including insulation. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to our company's growth. Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site evaluations to assess insulation requirements for residential and commercial properties.
• Provide detailed and transparent estimates, clearly explaining the benefits of our insulation products and services.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their energy efficiency goals and customize insulation solutions accordingly.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to expand the customer base.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging insulation technologies, and competitor offerings.
• Work closely with the installation team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read blueprints
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Knowledge of insulation and fireproofing is highly desirable.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Physical demands : This role requires frequent travel and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods at customer and construction sites. The employee may occasionally lift and carry product samples or materials up to 25–30 pounds, climb stairs or ladders, and work in both indoor and outdoor environments with varying weather, noise, and site conditions. The position also requires sufficient vision, hearing, and manual dexterity to communicate effectively, review plans, and use computers and mobile devices. Benefits:
