At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a General Office Assistant to work with Watson Engineering Skilled in Taylor. This role provides essential administrative and clerical support within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Shift Patterns
- Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay Rates
- 19.00 - 20.00 USD hourly
Must-have requirements for General Office Assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Proficiency in email, Microsoft Office, and spreadsheets
- Ability to learn new computer systems and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment
Desirable requirements for General Office Assistant
- Previous office or administrative experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with data entry and record keeping
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience using ERP or other business software
- Strong filing and organizational skills
- Experience with scheduling and coordinating office tasks
- Knowledge of shipping or production paperwork
Role for General Office Assistant
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office team
- Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents, records, and files
- Enter and maintain accurate information in company computer systems and spreadsheets
- Assist with processing and organizing customer orders, releases, and other company documents
- Monitor paperwork and documentation to ensure information is complete and accurate
