Here, you will make an impact by:Receiving, transferring, picking, packing, and shipping materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and inventory traceability within Oracle systemsSupporting manufacturing and repair operations through material handling, order fulfillment, cycle counting, and inventory movement throughout the warehouseProcessing shipping transactions, preparing shipping documentation, labeling materials, and coordinating domestic and international shipments with carriers such as UPS and FedExCollaborating with Planner/Buyers, Accounts Payable, Manufacturing, and Repair teams to resolve inventory and purchase order issuesOperating warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, carts, ladders, and walkie stackers while supporting safe and efficient warehouse operationsYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution AND two (2) to four (4) years of experience in a warehouse environment including receiving, shipping, material handling, inventory transactions, or cycle counting in a private, public, government, or military environmentANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, ladders, or walkie stackersAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingAbility to work assigned shifts, including weekends and overtime as requiredAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience using Oracle or other ERP/inventory management systemsExperience processing domestic and international shipments and related shipping documentationExperience performing inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy activitiesStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environmentAdditional RequirementsIn this role, you may be required to enter healthcare or other third-party facilities.
