Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience working in a Michigan school setting is strongly preferred
• Completion of fingerprinting required; ideal candidates will already have this process completed
• Comfortable delivering services via teletherapy platforms
• Strong communication, organization, and technology skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments, intervention sessions, and progress monitoring for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Document student performance and maintain accurate records according to school and district guidelines
• Partner with on-site proctors to facilitate seamless remote therapy sessions
• Attend virtual meetings with staff and families as needed
• Advocate for students' needs and ensure service delivery aligns with best practices
