Senior Database, Programming, and Visualization Analyst

Role purpose D&G is seeking a Senior Database, Programming, and Visualization Analyst to support enterprise database architecture, application development, and advanced analytics initiatives. This role requires a highly experienced technical professional capable of designing, administering, and optimizing complex databases while leading development efforts across multiple programming languages and platforms. What You Will Do Design, develop, and manage enterprise-level databases supporting mission systems and AI/ML operations. Architect and maintain application frameworks across front-end, back-end, and middleware environments. Administer Windows Server and Internet Information Services (IIS) environments supporting web applications. Develop full-stack solutions using modern and legacy programming languages. Develop and maintain VBA-based tools within Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Access). Support Agile development practices including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Design and optimize databases supporting Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning workflows. Lead or contribute to technical solution design discussions and system modernization efforts. What We Are Looking For Minimum of 10 years of experience in database design and development. Minimum of 3 years of database administrator experience. Minimum of 3 years of application architecture experience. Minimum of 3 years of Windows Server and Internet Information Services (IIS) administration experience. Minimum of 7 years of development experience in JavaScript, C#, Python, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), and other languages as required. Demonstrated full-stack web development experience (front-end and back-end). Minimum of 3 years of experience leading or contributing to Agile teams, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Proven experience designing and managing databases supporting Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning operations. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, MIS, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Applied Physics, or equivalent field. Clearance and Eligibility Active TS/SCI clearance required. This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).
