SAP Success factor Compensation Management Consultant

Syntricate Technologies

Required Skills:

At least 2 years of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors compensation implementation experience or support experience
A minimum of 3 full cycle SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Compensation project implementations
Strong SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Compensation know how
University degree in computer science, business information technology, mathematics, physics, engineering or equivalent
Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems
Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner
Willingness and ability to travel to customers and work abroad
Strong SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Compensation know how
Good at logical thinking and problem solving.
Good communication in both business language;
Good at communication in English language is required
Understanding of business processes and SAP HCM/SF functions are the good points.
Certification in at least one SuccessFactors module
