Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort
HEI Hotels and Resorts seeks an experienced kitchen manager for Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort in Boerne, TX. You will lead daily production, preparation, and presentation of all hotel food in a safe, sanitary setting. You will manage staff, recruit and train, control labor and food costs, ensure compliance with standards, and assist the Executive Chef, including stepping in when needed.
