What you’ll bring:

• Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or CFY)
• Experience or interest in school-based therapy, with comfort managing a diverse K-12 caseload
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop tailored treatment plans and evaluate student progress
• Motivation to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational setting

Key responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group speech/language therapy to students across grade levels
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation on student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals
• Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with district and state requirements
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute insights on student needs
• Educate teachers and staff on language development strategies and interventions
