In this vital role, you will provide speech-language services that make a meaningful difference in the academic and social growth of students across multiple grade levels.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience providing school-based speech-language services preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify speech, language, and communication disorders among K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student IEPs and educational needs
• Provide direct therapy sessions, monitor progress, and regularly document outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated support for students
• Participate in IEP meetings, case conferences, and professional development as needed
• Support educational staff by offering strategies and resources for classroom communication
