Director, Integrated Insights and Strategy, Thoracic

Pfizer seeks a Director of Integrated Insights and Strategy for its thoracic oncology portfolio. The role leads US forecasting, market research, and launch strategy for the SV/FetraV program while managing in-line forecasts for TIVDAK and aligning analytics across the thoracic franchise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex US revenue forecasting models for SV/FetraV and TIVDAK, incorporating multiple approaches and scenario analysis
• Own US long-range planning for thoracic franchise including scenario planning and alignment of forecasting assumptions across indications
• Lead US market research for SV/FetraV launch planning, including market landscaping, customer insights, and competitive analysis
• Serve as strategic insights partner to launch team, framing critical business questions and presenting clear recommendations to senior leadership
• Integrate analytics across thoracic franchise, partnering with Performance Analytics, Data Science, supply chain, and commercial teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or business with 8+ years relevant experience; or Master's/MBA with 7+ years; or PhD with 5+ years
• Minimum 5+ years in biopharmaceutical forecasting, market research, analytics, or management consulting
• Expertise in sophisticated forecasting methodologies and pharmaceutical development/commercialization
• Strong analytical ability, strategic thinking, and project management skills
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functionally without direct authority
• Excellent written and oral communication and executive presentation skills
• Oncology experience strongly preferred; thoracic/lung cancer market knowledge a plus
