Contracts Administrator

We're partnering with our client, a dynamic organization, to find a Contracts Administrator to support their team. This temporary role offers an exciting entry-level opportunity in contract management. The position is based in the US and is classified as Temp. Contracts Administrator Responsibilities: Assist in managing contracts and subcontracts throughout their lifecycle, including proposal support and contract closeout. Contribute to proposal preparations, negotiate contract terms, and communicate with customers. Monitor contractual obligations and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Maintain organized contract files and track contractual commitments accurately. Support reporting activities, data management, and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned. Contracts Administrator Qualifications: Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred. Entry-level experience in contract administration, business operations, or related fields. 1-3 years of industry experience is required. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
