Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Dialysis

Role: Registered Nurse in Medical Dialysis Unit Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centered care through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, communicate effectively, and support performance improvement initiatives. Serve as a preceptor or mentor to promote professional development. Participate in evidence-based practice, research, and protocol development to enhance patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Plan care across the continuum, optimize resource use, and foster a respectful, inclusive environment. Qualifications & Skills: Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact), and BLS certification. Less than 1 year of clinical experience required; direct patient care experience preferred.
