Position Details
- Train kitchen staff
- Food preparation and kitchen operations
- Maintain food safety and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Verify required tasks are completed by staff
- Receive, verify and put away deliveries
- Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the kitchen
- Work with management to evaluate processes as well as procedures
